Theme Support Policy

Redhead Labs is here to help as you implement this theme into your store. We offer complimentary support for errors and bug fixes and premium support for updates or changes you'd like to make to the theme.

• Theme Changes or Customizations - CSS or HTML changes can be made by an experienced web developer to modify the theme's colors, fonts, layouts, etc. Redhead Labs offers fee-based customization services to make these changes for you or to add extra features or functionality
• Theme Errors or Bug Fixes - As the author of this theme, Redhead Labs will correct errors or bugs in the theme that may be caused by code errors. Please be advised that errors caused by 3rd party apps or customizations by others are not covered by our free support
• Theme Updates - from time to time, we may update this theme to provide enhanced features or address recent changes in the Bigcommerce platform. When this occurs the update will be available within your Bigcommerce admin area. You may update the theme yourself, by following these instructions. If some of your theme files have been customized, these will require manual update. If your theme has been customized, we recommend that you back up your theme files prior to updating. Redhead Labs offers fee-based services to update customized files upon request
